Gradientflo Labs builds an AI Agentic Tutor that reads the screen, converses, acts and codes with users, generating short ByteCourses and IDE, browser and GitHub integrations for developer upskilling.
Gradientflo Labs builds an AI Agentic Tutor - described by the company as the world's first of its kind - which sees a user's screen, holds a conversation, takes action and writes code alongside them. The product is aimed at people learning new skills and at developers upskilling in place, across technical domains including artificial intelligence, machine learning, software development, AI agents, screen perception, code generation, developer tooling and learning analytics. The company operates in developer education, edtech and enterprise developer upskilling.
The product suite spans several surfaces. ByteCourses are short, targeted courses generated automatically from skill gaps identified in pull requests, GitHub repositories or webpages; repositories can be turned into voice-guided courses of five to ten modules that stay current as the codebase evolves. A browser extension captures any webpage - documentation, pull requests, Stack Overflow, localhost errors - and generates a ByteCourse in under 60 seconds. The VibecoderZ extension suite brings the product into VS Code, Cursor and JetBrains, with inline ByteCourse generation, error-explanation tooltips and screen-perception agents. An intelligence layer detects skill gaps from every pull request opened and posts ByteCourse recommendations into GitHub comments and Linear notifications. Session Insights provide weekly metrics, streak tracking and progress emails; a team collaboration mode covers shared AI sessions, team knowledge graphs and annotated courses. Onboarding takes roughly 90 seconds, with OAuth and GitHub auto-import.
Commercial terms and scale: the free tier includes 10 courses per month, with an unlimited Pro tier; admin controls support organisations of 100-plus developers through an Enterprise Command Center that integrates DORA metrics and team-wide dashboards. A referral system unlocks a premium ByteCourse once two invited friends activate accounts.
Employment terms include competitive salary and equity options, comprehensive health insurance, flexible hours and remote-work opportunities, generous paid time off and parental leave, and professional development support. The company describes its culture as valuing creativity, collaboration and personal growth, and runs events through a Developer Relations team.
